Last year (November 2010), I made this garter for my lovely boyfriend. It's silver because he was a junior then.
YES. The flower is made of 100% duct tape, along with most of the "ribbon". After this was completed, I added a small bear dangling from the side of the flower, dressed in a suit and cap made of camo duct tape. In the bear's hand was also an artist's palette. This year, I'm hoping to beat this garter, but I can't post anything until I finally give it to him. XD
