Steampunk Homecoming Garter-4

So, for homecoming 2012, I decided to create a steampunk garter for in attempt of rivaling last year's duct tape one. I must say that while it took less time to make, the design was VERY fun. It's truly awesome to get feedback from people, especially regarding which garter was cooler — last year's, or this year's. XD
